The price for one sauna utilisation is 20 € regardless of the number of users (material, oils, various brushes and soaps placed available). Notify the owner 1 hour before use.
Rental contract for a 50m² furnished apartment with Pergola and private garden between the following dates.

The rent starts the Saturday at 4.00 P.M (if you arrive after 10H00 PM the villa is close) and finish the next Saturday at 10.00 A.M.
The automatic watering system turns from 23h50 to 00h10 and 5h50 to 6h10 in spring and summer.
The use of the swimming pool is limited from 08h00 to 20h00, except other agreement with the owner. Our swimming-pool is made safe by an optical warning system, however the conditions of safety, protection and monitoring must be taken on the whole of the property by the tenant. For safety reasons, the use of trousers-short, shorts, bermuda shorts is interdict in and around the swimming pool.
In order to check whole conformity compared to the elements indicated on the Web site, the contract signature is done in the forty eight hours maximum following your arrival. The tenants recognize to make their business by their own insurance of any incident and accident which can intervene in the property and incumbent to their responsibility. The owner insurance is not covering this disaster type. Animals are not tolerated. We insist on calm and care for the free living animals around the house. We require cleanness and the respect of the elements put at your disposal and we will not accept any failure. All the furniture put at your disposal is quasi new, thank you to keep attention. All doors, tiling and equipment put at your disposal are not damaged. In case of damage by you, and after estimated quotation the costsn, will be completely retained from the payment of your guaranty deposit. The cation return is send to the tenant after the end of the week after your stay.
We ask at the tenants don’t smoke in the flat.
Termination by the tenant.
The tenant is free, at any time, to terminate all or part of the contract. If the Hirer terminates the contract for a reason attributable to him, he will compensate the Hirer for the damage suffered as a result of the termination. This is why it is recommended that tenants take out insurance for the stay. The compensation is set according to the legal conditions as follows:
- more than 60 days between the cancellation and the start of the stay: Return of the deposit
- Cancellation between 60 days and 43 days before the start of the stay: 10% of the price of the stay.
- Cancellation between the 42nd day (inclusive) and the 28th day (excluded) before the start of the stay: 20% of the price of the stay.
- Cancellation between the 28th day (inclusive) and the 2nd day (excluded) before the start of the stay: 50% of the price of the stay.
- Cancellation between the 2nd day (inclusive) before the start of the stay
and later: 80% of the price of the stay.
- The payment of the reservation deposit is deducted from the above prices but becomes immediately cashable by the rental company.
The compensation will amount to a maximum of one times the total price of the stay.
We do not ask for a deposit for our rentals, but the payment of the stay is made in cash ( XXXXXX € Euro XXX hundredths) or in payment to our bank account (IBAN FR7630003005080005091573642 BIC SOGEFRPP) at the latest 72 hours before your arrival. The deposit for XX weeks is set at XXXXX Euro paid by cheque at the time of booking, to be attached to the signed return of this contract. Tourist taxes are set at €2.15 /per person and /day for XXXX people for XX days, i.e. XXXX Euro being the subject of an additional cheque payable to "SPAPPERI Alexandre TS N°1", after the visit of the premises, at the handover of the keys.
Following the legal requirements, all damage costs will be fully retained on the reservation/bond which is to be delivered to the owner at the time of booking.
This warranty, cheque or corresponding value, is returned to the lessor as soon as next week after your stay. Thanks to transmit to us yours IBAN and SWIFT (BIC) codes so we can turn over to you as soon as possible your guarantee.
If the final cleaning has not been at the end of stay by the tenant, a lump sum of € 60 (Sixty Euro) will be retained on the bond for the cleaning.
One copy of this document will be kept by the tenant, the second will be returned to the landlord with the deposit check.
