Tourist tax:
Some vacation rental platforms cover the SECURITY DEPOSIT and TOURIST TAX payments (Airbnb, etc.). In this case, you do not need to pay us the security deposit or tourist tax.
For other platforms (Abritel, PAP, Holidu, etc.) that do not guarantee their tenants, the reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your security deposit. Tourist taxes are to be paid with a separate check made payable to "Trésor Public Taxe de Séjour N°1/50m²". This check must be given to the owner upon your arrival.
Security Deposit/Reservation: Returned to your bank account after the end of your stay
2026 Season = check for €350 For a weekly or shorter booking, €500 for a two-week booking or a period longer than 7 days.
Mandatory Deposit/Reservation: Bank transfer possible (details sent by email). If paying by check, it must be made payable to "Mr. or Ms. SPAPPERI" for the amount indicated above or the equivalent in GBP, or US$, and sent to the address below. Reservation confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of your deposit. Please specify in your letter: the available period (see link Availability and rates) that you wish to occupy, the No. of the apartment (1/50m² or 2/35m²), the choice with or without the "Lingerie" option, your full contact details (last name, first name, address, telephone number, email address, number of people).
